rainbow balloon
chandelier at the IBAC
2003 Final Night Party
was designed by Rocky
Toomey of Future
Affairs Productions,
Providence RI, USA. It
was made with Qualatex
646Q's and a new RMS
Strip designed especially
for the occasion and for
646Q balloons. The
colorful chandelier
formed the ceiling
centerpiece for the
ballroom and provided a
break in the surrounding
snow white garlands and
trim. It also provided
color balance to The
Tapestry on stage.
