Masters in
Houston, Texas made this
display in 1999 with a
combination of 18"
round foil balloons and
9" latex balloons.
The balloons are held in
place in two layers by a
custom Rouse Matrix
System called
"ROSA".
Rouse
International custom
designed the framework
for this project and sent
in a staff member to
supervise assembly and
installation. Cindy
Derrick of Round Rock,
Texas was the chief
rigger.
