USC Train

The balloon train below was made by Graham and Mary Queen Rouse of Special Events by Air Apparent in Columbia, SC, USA in the Spring of 2003 for a children's reading program at the University of South Carolina. Tables were covered in corrugated plastic and then balloons added in RMS Banner frameworks for most of the train. Wheels were made with Geo balloons. The face of the train was an under inflated 3' balloon. The smoke was made with round balloons of various sizes. The last train car provided display space for books.
