Balloon Reader

This Balloon Character is reading a copy of Balloons and Parties magazine.  She is one of four balloon characters who gathered in the lobby of the Koger Center for performing arts in Columbia, South Carolina in May of 1999.  The four balloon characters amused themselves and Koger Center guests as they all waited to get into the Southern Strut dance recitals. She is a 7' balloon version of a paper doll cut out figure made of 1 1/3 RMS Banners and a couple of hundred 5" latex balloons by Graham Rouse of Special Events by Air Apparent in Columbia, SC, USA.
