The beautiful glow of this room was achieved with colored floodllights on the foil stage decor and chemical lights throughtout the room. The table decor included blue chemical lights at each place setting and pink chemical lights in the branches of balloon trees which grew from the table tops.  

This setting was judged the best balloon decor of the year in an international competition of the National Association of Balloon Artists in the United States.  This was the creation of Graham Rouse for North Carolina State Unversity in Raleigh, NC in the United States.
