Mardi Gras Mask Entrance

This giant Mardi Gras mask (24' by 11') is so large that it can be used as stage backdrop or as an entrance. Guests simply walk through the nose bridge of the mask. It is designed to be built with approximately
1,100 balloons inflated 8" in diameter and 8 Rouse Matrix SystemsTM Builders.

Download instructions for a larger view and suggestions for a short tunnel on the back side.

You can make a mask half the scale (12' by 5.5') with 4 RMS Banners and balloons inflated to 4" in diameter instead of  8".  It would have exactly the same color pattern, just smaller.

You could reduce this mask to one quarter the scale (6' by 2.75') with a single RMS Banner. and balloons inflated 4" in diameter.  This will require adjusting the design to one quarter the number of balloons.  You can do this with RMS Banner graph paper.  Use two adjacent square panels on the graph paper.  The graph scale is 1/2" = 1'.
