The
Central Oklahoma Chapter of the
Qualatex Balloon Network made
these RMS Hearts and Stars at one
of their "Hands On"
meetings. They are fun balloon
sculptures and serve well for
balloon decor.
The two foot
size shown here is very
popular, but these hearts
and stars may be made in
many other sizes from six
inches to more than six
feet across.
