"Happy New Year"

This banner would be great way to greet the new year. As shown here it would be about 27 feet long made with four RMS-2 Banners and about 950 round latex balloons inflated 4" in diameter. The same design could be made many times smaller or larger using other RMS frameworks and appropriate balloons.
