To load balloon pairs into a Rouse Matrix Banner

*     Hold the balloons apart with the fingers of one hand as shown in the animation to the left.

*     Use the other hand to hold the Matrix near an appropriate Spiral Anchor with the opening turned up.  

*     Slide the necks of the balloons down, then around and up the spiral path of the anchor, then release the balloons.

*     Use one hand to hold the Matrix strap and the other hand to roll one balloon into place.  (That place is centered in the opening with 1/2 of the balloon above and 1/2 below the Matrix.)

*     Repeat the last step with the second balloon of the pair, then repeat the whole process with other pairs to fill the entire Matrix.
