Vertical sheets of balloons in Rouse Matrix may be curved to make them stronger. That is what Graham Rouse did with this American Flag backdrop made with RMS Builders and 11" latex balloons.

Horizontal sheets of balloons in Rouse Matrix may also be bent to add strength and to form canopies and tunnels like this entrance tunnel. This "Time Tunnel" by conventioneers in Georgia, USA used RMS Super Builders and 18" foil balloons trimmed with latex balloons to lead people into the main event.
