As you load balloons, the RMS framework that starts out like half a square  will automatically bend around to make the  "D" in the logo.  Use two openings from the end

of one of the short arms  to overlap two balloons from the end of the other short arm.  This will lock the two ends together as they form the curved line of the "D".

The left side of the "L" has a single protruding loop.  Use that loop to wrap around one of the balloons on the lower curve of the "D".  That will join the two letters and set the tilt angle between them to match the official logo.

Remember that you may need to adjust these inflation sizes to match your balloons and your experience loading them.
